C. Srinivasa Iyengar passes away in Bangalore

Bangalore: C. Srinivasa Iyengar, 92, senior advocate, passed away here on Monday. He leaves his wife, a son and a daughter.

Mr. Iyengar was the president of the Central College Old Boys' Association for over a decade. He was also a former president of the Seshadripuram Rama Seva Samithi and a member of the State Bar Council. Mr. Iyengar, who was well known in legal circles, began his career in law as a junior to the late L.S. Raju, leading advocate and Congressman of princely Mysore.
