VIJAYAWADA: The exhibition of farm implements and products of agro-based industries, and demonstration by various Government departments attracted farmers at a one-day `Rythu Sadassu' organised at Andhra Loyola College grounds as part of a Statewide drive on Tuesday. Some 45 stalls were set up to display products of fertilizer and pesticide companies and latest agricultural implements and devices. The Agriculture Department's stall featured a variety of issues, which helped create awareness on soil testing, pest management practices and watershed management. The Soil Testing Centre and the Biological Lab distributed information leaflets. Local MP Lagadapati Rajagopal visited the Rythu Sadassu.
