YSR to visit Nellore twice this month

NELLORE: Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy will visit Mamuduru of Chejarla mandal on May 8 to inaugurate Indiramma model villages.

Moreover, he will visit Rapur on May 25 to lay the foundation stone for modernisation works pertaining to Penna and Sangam besides Swarnamukhi link channel. He is likely to inaugurate a new building of a local daily here the same day evening, according to the tentative programme. Later, he will hold a review meeting with district officials.

Naidu's schedule

TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu will also visit the district this month to participate in the review meetings of the party. He was planning to visit Nellore on May 12 and 13, but it was postponed. The new dates will be finalised in a few days, said party senior leader Somireddy Chandramohana Reddy.
