Indian Bank-ICF final

VIRUDHUNAGAR: Indian Bank and Integral Coach Factory (ICF), both from Chennai, will clash for the title in the men's section in the fourth annual Arokia-Nataraja Nadar Memorial trophy State-level basketball tournament here. The above teams registered their second successive wins in the semifinal round-robin league on Wednesday.

Men (League): ICF, Chennai 83 (Sikkander Oli Raja 25, Balaji 23, Ashwin 13) bt BSNL, Chennai 68 (Sarvanan 15, Delli Babu 18); Indian Bank 55 (Bhuavaneswaran 20, Anand 12, Thangvelu 15) bt Southern Railway 52 (Saravanan 25).

ICF 70 (Arul Venkatesh 11, Boopalan 18, Sikkander Oli Raja 27) bt Southern Railway 56 (Saravanarajan 20, Bernard Philips 13); Indian Bank 96 (Bhuvaneswaran 16, Thangavel 15, Thangadurai 12, Vigneshwaran 12) bt B.S.N.L. 56 (Saravanan 26, Gokulakrishnan 10, Mohanraj 11).

Women (League): Rising Star, Chennai 64 (Kokila 14, Divya 19) bt All Star, Chennai 48 (Punitha Suren 22, Vidya mani 10).
