Two new schemes from Syndicate Bank

CHENNAI: Syndicate Bank has introduced two new schemes — Synd Senior and Synd Nivas Plus — for its pension and housing loan customers. Synd Senior enables pensioners to avail themselves of a loan ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 3 lakh according to their pension drawn and age. The loan can be repaid in 72 monthly instalments. Synd Nivas Plus enables borrowers who have promptly repaid theirhousing loan instalments to take advantage of a loan of Rs. 3 lakh without any new documents/collateral security. This loan can be repaid in 60 monthly instalments, says a bank release.
