1:1 bonus from Apollo Sindhoori Capital
CHENNAI
: Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of one share for every equity share and a final dividend of 40 per cent. The company has already paid an interim dividend of 20 per cent. The directors have also approved a rights issue of equity shares to the existing shareholders in the ratio of one share for every equity share at a price of Rs. 100 per share. According to a release, the income from operations increased to Rs. 55.84 crore from Rs. 36.86 crore, a growth of 51.5 per cent, and the net profit before tax to Rs. 12.98 crore from Rs. 8.07 crore, an increase of 60.7 per cent. Trading volume went up by 80 per cent during the year.
