Havell's to triple fan production

HARIDWAR: Havell's India is looking at tripling its fan production capacity by 2008 and expects a growth of over 50 per cent in the current financial year. ``We are bullish about the fans segment and intend to increase the production capacity up to 3.6 million fans annually within the next three years,'' HIL Director Anil Gupta said here. The company on Thursday inaugurated its 13th plant at Haridwar which has a capacity to produce about 2.4 million fans annually.
