Letters to the Editor
The disadvantage of air travel is that you do not see the countryside you are traversing, which is why I look forward to a train journey that gives me a leisurely, comfortable view of India. So I was disappointed to find that the airconditioned coach I travelled in from Chennai to Bangalore had all its double-glazed windows permanently "steamed up" and obscure. As an admirer of the Indian Railways, I do hope "viewing India" can be made a feature of all your trains for tourists like me.
