Power shutdown today

Bangalore: There will be power shutdown in parts of the city coming under F1 and F6 feeders of Gokula MUSS on Sunday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The power cut is being resorted to because of urgent maintenance works, a press release from the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM) said.

Areas that will be affected are K.G. Halli, Abbigere, Kuvempunagar, Laxmipura, Vaderahalli and surrounding areas.

There will also be no power supply in parts of the city on Monday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., as maintenance work will be carried out on F4 feeder at Arehalli MUSS.

The areas that will be affected are C.K. Sandra, Bank Colony, KSRTC Layout, Gowdanapalya, Kanakanagar, Brindavan Layout, Muneshwaranagar, Uttarahalli Main Road and surrounding areas.
