KURNOOL: Vice-chairman of TDP State SC Cell and former Mayor Bangi Anantaiah pledged to leave his head half-shaved until repairs were carried out to the National Highway circle at C. Camp Centre in the city. He staged a demonstration on Monday and got tonsured to press for the road repairs on Monday. Mr. Anantaiah and several other organisations staged demonstrations demanding that the authorities lay the road around the circle immediately.
