AP Govt. to divest its share in HIL

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh State Government has decided to divest its holding in Hyderabad Industries (HIL). The Implementation Secretariat of the Public Enterprises Department has informed the stock exchanges that the Government is disinvesting its shareholding of 3.06 lakh equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each, representing 4.27 per cent of the paid-up share capital of HIL.

The Implementa- tion Secretariat would divest the Government's entire shareholding in HIL in a single lot transaction through a competitive bidding process.
