RPL shares to be listed on bourses on May 11

MUMBAI: Mukesh Ambani-controlled Reliance Petroleum Ltd will be listed on the bourses on May 11. RPL's over 449 crore shares of face value Rs 10 each would be listed on the stock exchanges, a circular on the Bombay Stock Exchange said. The company, whose maiden IPO opened on April 13 and closed on 20, had offered 45 crore shares to the public.
