Two found hanging

Thiruvananthapuram: A 39-year-old man, Chandran Nair, a resident of Irayancode, Cheriyakonni, was found hanging inside his house on Tuesday.

The body has been kept in the mortuary of Medical College hospital.

In another incident, a 12-year-old boy, Manoj, was found hanging inside one of the bathrooms in his house on Tuesday. A Class VIII student of Pallithura Government HSS, he was the son of Sarasakumar and Ajitha, residents of Shanti Nagar, Kazhakkuttom.

Pedestrian killed

An 85-year-old man, Krishnapillai, a resident of Anandeswaram, was killed after he was knocked by a motorbike near Anandeswaram, Chembazhanthi on Tuesday evening.

Killed

Srilal (43), a clerk in Chadayamandgalam grama panchayat office, was killed when the bike he was riding was knocked down by a tipper lorry at Aayoor on Tuesday evening. The body has been kept in the MCH mortuary.
