Accel Frontline files draft prospectus

CHENNAI: Accel Frontline, a joint venture between Accel Limited of Chennai and Frontline Technologies Corporation of Singapore, a leading provider of IT infrastructure management services, proposes to enter the capital market with its initial public offer through the book building process to fund its expansion programme in the software and BPO divisions including the setting up of operations in the U.S. Accel Frontline currently employs more than 2,000 professionals and operates through an all India network of more than 100 locations and its wholly owned subsidiaries located in Dubai and Singapore.
