Advocaat names team

SEOUL: South Korea coach Dick Advocaat on Thursday named 10 veterans in his squad for the World Cup finals in Germany.

Featuring in the 23-man squad, which includes most of its Europe-based players, are Manchester United's Park Ji-sung and LeeYoung-pyo of Tottenh-am. Ahn Jung-hwan of Duisburg will spearhead the offence.

The squad: Goalkeepers: Lee Woon-jae, Kim Young-kwang, Kim Yong-dae.

Defenders: Lee Young-pyo, Kim Sang-shik, Cho Won-hee, Kim Young-chul, Choi Jin-cheul, Kim Jin-kyu, Kim Dong-jin, Song Chong-gug.

Midfielders: Park Ji-sung, Kim Nam-il, Lee Ho, Baek Ji-hoon, Lee Eul-yong, Kim Do-heon.

Forwards: Ahn Jung-hwan, Seol Ki-hyun, Cho Jae-jin, Chung Kyung-ho, Lee Chun-soo, Park Chu-young.
