VIZIANAGARAM: Tight security has been made for Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy's visit to Baguvalasa in Salur mandal of the district on Friday. According to Superintendent of Police Vikram Singh Mann, 800 police personnel will be deployed all over the constituency. Besides, armed check-posts have been set up for carrying out `nakabandi' (checking of vehicles) on all routes leading to Salur and the venue of the meeting. Combing parties and striking forces had also been deployed, he said. Police forces will resort to `area domination' in this mandal known for its Maoist presence.
