COIMBATORE: Southern Railway (Chennai) had no difficulty in dispatching Sunder Memorial Volleyball Club (Chennai) 25-17, 25-16, 25-17 in its second round robin league encounter of the 38th Ramaswamy memorial State-level invitational volleyball tournament for the Texmo Cup here on Thursday.

National U-21 football

Tamil Nadu has been drawn into Group `A' along with Bihar, Maharashtra and Punjab in the U-21 National football championship for the Dutta Roy trophy to be held in Jamalpur in Bihar from May 15 to 25. Group `B' comprises West Bengal, Mizoram, Kerala and Services.

The fixtures: May 15: West Bengal vs Mizoram, Services vs Kerala; May 16: Bihar vs Punjab, Tamil Nadu vs Maharashtra; May 17: West Bengal vs Kerala, Services vs Mizoram; May 18: Tamil Nadu vs Punjab, Bihar vs Maharashtra; May 19: Kerala vs Mizoram, West Bengal vs Services; May 20: Bihar vs Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra vs Punjab; May 22: semifinal 1: Group `A' winner vs Group `B' runners-up; May 23: semifinal 2: Group `A' runners-up vs Group `B' winner; May 25: final.
