V.R. Krishna Iyer congratulates Karunanidhi

CHENNAI: While congratulating M. Karunanidhi to be sworn in as the Chief Minister for the fifth time on Saturday, the former Supreme Court Judge, V.R. Krishna Iyer, said the people of the State and elsewhere would rejoice that a seasoned Statesman with a vision of development would take over the administration and transform the State into an enchanting State.
