THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In the report titled "Row over 400-kV lines from Koodamkulam" carried on Page 4 on May 8, the Udumalpet-Thrissur 400-kV line and the Madakkathara 400-kV sub-station in Thrissur were described as the only facilities for routing power from the national grid to Kerala. In fact, the Power Grid Corporation of India had commissioned the Madurai-Thiruvananthapuram 400-kV line and the Pallippuram 400-kV sub-station in Thiruvananthapuram last year and the State gets power from the national grid through these facilities as well.
