NEW DELHI:
A Delhi court has framed charges of criminal breach of trust, dishonestly receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy against four persons in four different cases of 2002.
Metropolitan Magistrate Sunil Chaudhary framed charges of criminal conspiracy (120-B) criminal breach of trust by public servant, or by banker, merchant or agent (409) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) against Kanti Bhai Damani and his wife Kusum Lata Damani, their daughter Hetal Damani and Jai Narayan Sharma, a proclaimed offender in two of the cases for allegedly entering into a conspiracy between 1995 and 2000 to misappropriate Rs. 12 crores of Goenka Distributors, Savitri Metal Private Limited and Gyatri Exim Private Limited.
The accused persons pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
