Veda parayanam at Valiasala temple begins today

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Vaidika Dharma Sabha, Valiasala Gramam, will organise a Veda parayanam programme at the Valiasala Mahadeva Temple for the well-being of the world from May 14 to 20. Veda scholars, participating in the programme, will be received with poornakumbham at the Valiasala Mahaganapathi Temple and led with Vedaghosham to the Mahadeva Temple at 6.10 p.m. tomorrow. The Mahasankalpam will be held at 7 p.m. and will be followed by the Veda parayanam. Sri Venkitachalam Ganapatikal will review the Yajurveda from 7.30 to 9 p.m.
