Congratulations

Two columns "Corrections and Clarifications" and "Offline and Online" run by K. Narayanan as an independent, full-time internal ombudsman of The Hindu have undoubtedly enhanced the stature of the newspaper. Mr. Narayanan deserves appreciation for dealing with the responses from the readers with care and objectivism. The Hindu readers congratulate Mr. Narayanan on his future role in the Organization of News Ombudsmen as its first member from India.
