Six killed in road accidents

VISAKHAPATNAM: Four persons were killed in two different accidents in and around the city on Sunday, while two others died in another accident on Saturday night.

Three persons were killed when a lorry and an auto collided at Ramabhadrauram in the districton Sunday evening. Five others were injured in the accident.

P. Mohan Kumar, 22, died when he was hit by an auto on the Service Road near Burma Camp Junction on Sunday evening. Kumar, a labourer, was walking with his wife and six-month-old child when the accident occurred, police said. He was rushed to the KGH where he succumbed to injuries.

Tractor hits bike

Two persons going by a motorcycle were killed on Satruday night when a tractor hit them from behind at S. Rayavaram Addaroad. According to police, P. Kondababu, 26, and K. Appalaraju, 30, both labourers, died on the spot
