Bangalore: Minister for Small-Scale Industries and Sericulture Katta Subramanya Naidu has said that the State Government will develop the Bal Bhavan and would allocate funds for it.

Speaking at the valedictory of a summer camp organised by Bal Bhavan here on Sunday, Mr. Naidu said the Bhavan had many programmes which helped bring out the creative talents of children, and in this regard the Government had decided to sanction funds for the Bhavan.

"We are chalking out a development plan for the institution and I will talk to the Chief Minister and the officials concerned regarding this matter," he said.

On dumping of garbage on the premises of the Bal Bhavan, Mr. Naidu said he would ask the officials of the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike to clear it.
