Companies Bill passed

NEW DELHI: With the Lok Sabha giving its nod, Parliament on Monday cleared the Companies Amendment Bill, 2006, to pave the way for implementation of a comprehensive e-governance system through the `MCA-21' project. The Bill, approved earlier by the Rajya Sabha, was passed by a voice vote.
