Altos' new brokerage model for commodities

CHENNAI: Altos Advisory Services has introduced a flat-fee based discount brokerage model in online commodity trading. According to S. J. Sureshkumar, COO, Altos will charge its customers only a flat monthly fee of Rs. 499 per exchange, irrespective of the value or volume. Mr. Sureshkumar said the new model was based on the flat-fee system of the American financial services firm, Charles Schwab.
