NEW DELHI: Karun Duggal benefited from a blunder by Sandeep Singh in the ninth and final round and went on to claim the Delhi State rapid chess title at the Bapu Samaj Sewa Kendra. Duggal, tied at 7.5 points with Gagan Chitkara, was adjudged champion thanks to his superior progressive score.
