GMR to come out with IPO

HYDERABAD : GMR Infrastructure Ltd, a company having interests in power, roads and airports, recently filed a draft red herring prospectus with SEBI in connection with its proposed initial public offering (IPO).

Madhu Terdal, CFO Corporate, GMR Group, told reporters here on Monday that the IPO would constitute 13.69 per cent of the fully diluted post-issue paid up capital of the company.

The GMRIL proposed to offer 45,331,238 equity shares of Rs.10 each.
