Jagson Airlines buys two helicopters

NEW DELHI: Jagson Airlines on Wednesday announced the addition of two 26-seater helicopters MI-172 to its fleet, at an estimated value of more than $10 million. Built by Kazan Helicopters, MI-172s are the world's largest commercial passenger helicopters. Equipped with new and sophisticated systems from BAE Systems, the helicopters conform to international safety standards. U. K. Bose, President and CEO of Jagson Airlines, said the purchase of these two helicopters was a significant step towards expanding operations in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and the North East.
