KARAIKAL: The graduates of the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agriculture and Research Institute (PAJANCOARI) here have been securing ranks in the Civil Services and other all-India competitive examinations, said L. Nadarajan, Dean of PAJANCOARI on Wednesday. He said that P. Ulaganathan of the 1993-94 batch had secured the 59th rank in the Civil Services Examination (2005) and brought laurels to the institute. He pointed out that two more alumni of the institute - V.P. Asghar Zain and J. Justin Mohan have secured places in the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and the Indian Forest Service (IFS) respectively. A large number of graduates from the institute have gone abroad for higher studies.
