`Government yet to finalise views on report'

Staff Reporter

BANGALORE: The State Government is yet to finalise its comments on the technical material prepared by the Assessors' Committee on Cauvery Basin, which was recently made available by the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal to States, Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy said here on Wednesday.

Speaking to presspersons, he said engineers were studying the material. "The process of preparation of comments is on," he said. Mr. Kumaraswamy said there was no case for entering into a dialogue with Maharashtra or Andhra Pradesh for resolving the dispute over sharing of the Krishna waters.
