More IAS, IPS officers transferred

BANGALORE: The State Government on Thursday shifted a few more IAS and IPS officers.

I.M. Vittala Murthy, awaiting posting, has been appointed Secretary, Kannada and Culture, and Information and Tourism.

Harshavardhana Raju, awaiting posting, has been appointed Inspector-General of Police, Karnataka State Reserve Police, Bangalore.

H.N. Sathyanarayana Rao, Inspector-General of Police and Additional Commissioner of Police, Administration, Bangalore, has been posted as Inspector-General of Police, Western Range, Mangalore.

Raghavendra H. Auradkar, under orders of posting as Inspector-General of Police, Western Range, Mangalore, has been appointed Inspector-General of Police and Additional Commissioner of Police, Administration, Bangalore, according to a press release issued here on Thursday.
