Rejects plea of Saudi co.

NEW DELHI: The Central Excise and Service Tax Appellate has rejected the petition of Saudi Basic Industries Corp, one of the world's largest petrochemicals firms, challenging the government's decision of July 2000 to impose anti-dumping duty on oxo alcohols, an input for the plastics industry.
