Choosing courses made easier

Staff Reporter

Free online service will help students chart out their career plan

CHENNAI: Choosing courses, colleges, careers and finding relevant books for these has just been made easier by Sacred infocom.

Students can select course preferences and find colleges and universities offering these or do the reverse at www.collegechanakya.com.

The free online service hopes to help students chart out their career plan with counselling and online sessions with experts. Queries can be mailed and online discussions held on request.

The information available provided almost a virtual look at the prospectus from the comfort of home, said N.R. Sreenivasa Prasana, chairperson, Sacred infocom, in a statement.

Collegechanakya would also give students the option of mailing old projects completed in college. Visitors to the site can browse projects and can even assist in providing appropriate recognition and careers. The website offers a book search facility. Members can mail queries containing the title and author of the book. Details are available on 98847 04796 or 98843 55799.
