HYDERABAD: Asif Club won the Semantic Space-Jubilee Hills International Centre AP State open prize money inter-club tennis tournament at JHIC defeating host JHIC 2-1 in the final here on Sunday.

The results (final): Asif Club bt Jubilee Hills International Centre 2-1 (Anand Swaroop & Srikanth lost to T. Uma Maheshwara Rao & T. Purushotham Reddy 2-6, 4-6; Madan Mohan Singh & Narlekar bt K.R. Raman & N. Gopalakrishna 6-2, 6-4; Anand Swaroop bt T. Purushotham Reddy 6-3, 6-4). Semifinals: JHIC bt Official Club,Rajampet, 2-1 (K.R. Raman & Vikram Nagpal lost to Jogi Reddy & N.T.R. Kumar 1-6, 6-7(4); T. Uma Maheshwara Rao & T. Purushotham Reddy bt Srinivasa Reddy & P.G. Raju 6-2, 6-3; T. Purushotham Reddy bt Srinivas Reddy 6-4, 6-4).
