JAMUI(Bihar): A local court on Tuesday framed charges against former Union Minister Jai Prakash Yadav and nine others for securing unlawful release of his younger brother Vijay Prakash from Khaira police station of the district last year. Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate Anil Kumar Jha framed charges against Jai Prakash Yadav and nine others under different sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the charge-sheet was filed before the court in this regard. Jai Parakash Yadav had allegedly misused his official position to secure release of his younger brother Vijay Prakash.
