SQL Star acquires SolutionNet Group

HYDERABAD: SQL Star Ltd, a Hyderabad-based enterprise services provider, has acquired the consulting business of the U.S.-based SolutionNet group. SolutionNet, with an annual turnover of about $5 million, has consulting business in the U.S., Singapore and Australia. Under the acquisition made for an undisclosed amount, SQL Star's wholly owned subsidiary, SQL Star International Inc., will take over the consulting business of SolutionNet in the U.S., while another subsidiary, International SQL Star Pte Ltd., will take over the Singapore business.
