BHOPAL: Junior doctors of Hamidia Hospital, the main referral centre attached to the Gandhi Medical College here, continued their anti-reservation strike on Wednesday by locking up the entrance and preventing the patients and their attendants from entering the hospital. The protest began around 8 a.m. and continued till late in the afternoon. The striking doctors also staged a road blockade outside the hospital. Some patients were seen entering the hospital by climbing the boundary wall. The mood of the striking doctors was unrelenting and what added to their morale was the presence of a large number of students from the People's Dental Hospital. The doctors said they did not intend calling off their strike.
