Quota and T.N.

The article `Quota and the Tamil Nadu experience' (May 25) correctly concludes that the thing to do is to force Parliament to have a complete re-look at the whole issue. While the demand by the anti-reservation group for a White Paper from the President is exactly the same as suggested in this article, it is not clear as to how the demand is dubbed misguided.
