Earning a livelihood has never been an easy task for blue-collared workers. The proletariats are forced to slog from dawn to dusk for nothing but a paltry income. For many of them, a day devoid of work means a day without food. Succumbed to such constraints, these poor labourers, including women, go to the extent of risking their lives in an urge to earn money. Familiar instances such as construction workers standing atop a building on precarious scaffolding, traders seated on the edge of vehicles overloaded with cargo and many more exhibit the perilous lifestyle of the labour class.
