JIPMER entrance test tomorrow

26,200 candidates to vie for 46 out of 75 seats

PONDICHERRY: The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) here will hold an entrance test to admit students to the MBBS course for academic year 2006-2007 on Sunday (May 28).

A release from Dean K.S. Reddy on Friday stated that 26,200 candidates would take the two and a half hour test, which would be held from 10 a.m. simultaneously in Pondicherry, Chennai, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Kolkata and Thiruvananthapuram.
