MANGALORE: There is magic in the air. While Jadugar Anand, renowned magician is back with his "colourful mayalok" in this coastal city performing at the Town Hall, our own "Kadala mage," Kudroli Ganesh, is all set to present 30 magic shows in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts with his "Vismaya Jadoo" troupe. The first show will be at Bantwal on Sunday. Ganesh, who has carved a niche for himself with his folk-based magic performances, has not given a major show in his home district for nearly three years now. Back home from a tour of Oman, Ganesh has planned an extensive tour of the two districts with "Vismaya Sanchara 2006". The first part of the tour commences on Sunday. The troupe will perform at Belthangady on Monday, Uppinangady on June 1, Puttur on June 3, Sullia on June 4, Ullal on June 6, Kaikamba on June 7, Vittla on June 9, Subramanya on June 10 and Karkala in Udupi district on June 11. The troupe is expected to announce the schedule for its second part of the tour at a later date.
