Pondicherry: The Struggle Committee for Social Justice has called upon the Centre to bring in an ordinance to implement reservation in higher educational institutions for the OBCs. G. Sukumaran, convener, said in a release here on Sunday that the Pondy Government should also pass a resolution in the Assembly to persuade the Centre in this regard.
