DEHRA DUN: The Uttaranchal Government is reviewing the threats faced by the yoga guru Swami Ram Dev in wake of the arrest of an outsider in the entourage accompanying him and the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Virbhadra Singh. "We are trying to find out the antecedents of the youth and how he travelled with Swami Ram Dev. The vigil around the yoga guru and his ashram in Hardwar has been stepped up and necessary measures to protect him are being taken," said a senior Home Department official here. Meanwhile, a number of holy men of Hardwar including Swami Satyamitranand Giri, founder of Bharat Mata Mandir, and Swami Hans Das, general secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti, have urged the Government to ensure total protection for Swami Ram Dev.
