Actor's gesture to ISKCON scheme

KANNADA ACTOR Ravichandran celebrated his birthday with a donation of Rs. 1,08,000 to the Akshaya Patra Foundation, ISKCON's midday meal scheme for schools. Along with his family, the actor also worshiped at the temple offering pujas to Lord Prahlada Narasimha. Akshaya Patra provides nutritious food to 1.5 lakh children in government and municipal schools in and around Bangalore. Ravichandran has appealed to other film industry people to help the programme.
