According to the BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah, India, Sri Lanka and South Africa will play a tri-series in Sri Lanka in August. Mr. Shah said that South Africa `A' would figure in the 2006-07 Duleep Trophy championship. South Africa `A' will also play five one-dayers against the India `A' team. The India `A' team will tour South Africa in March-April 2007 and play three `Tests' and five one-dayers. Other decisions taken at the P & F meeting: India under-19 to play two four-day Tests and three one-dayers in Pakistan this September, Ranji one-dayers to be played in coloured clothing and wherever possible under lights and to extend the Elite and Plate format to the under-17 tournament.
