ANANTAPUR: In an unsavoury incident during a Government programme here on Wednesday Minister for Panchayat Raj and Endowments J.C. Diwakar Reddy sent out a mediaperson on the pretext that he (Minister) had a personal disagreement with the particular reporter. This was done in the presence of several Government officials, including district Collector Dasari Kadmial, and elected representatives like Zilla Parishad Chairman, an MP and two legislators among others.
