TEA joint venture for warehouse in Antwerp

TUTICORIN:
St. John Freight Systems Limited, Tuticorin, in association with the Tirupur Exporters Association (TEA), has decided to establish a garment warehouse at Antwerp in Belgium to give a one-stop solution for distributing textile products made in India to the buyers in the Western world.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Tuesday, T. Johnson, Managing Director, TEA-St. John Logistics Private Limited, a joint venture company floated to set up the warehouse, said the warehouse would start functioning in another three months once the subsidiary company of the JVC was formed in Antwerp. "We expect the warehouse to augment sales of textile products through seamless supply chain solutions," he added.
