U.S. official to visit India

NEW DELHI: The highest-ranking U.S. military officer, Peter Pace will pay a three-day visit from June 4 as part of the ongoing military dialogue between the two countries.

Though there is no fixed agenda, the two sides are expected to discuss a wide array of issues, said a navy spokesperson.

Joint Chief of Staff Gen. Pace will hold discussions with all the three service chiefs and is also expected to call on Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee.
