CHENNAI: Higher Secondary special supplementary examinations will be held from June 26 to July 8, 2006, said a release. The timetable is:

26.06.2006 (Monday) Forenoon - Part I: Language Paper I; 27.06.2006 (Tuesday) Forenoon - Part I: Language Paper II; 28.06.2006 (Wednesday) - Part II: English Paper I; 29.06.2006 (Thursday) Forenoon - Part II: English Paper II; 30.06.2006 (Friday) Forenoon - Part III: Physics, History; Afternoon - Part III: Statistics, Sociology, Ayurveda.

01.07.2006 (Saturday) Forenoon - Part III: Philosophy, Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics, all vocational (theory) subjects under Vocational stream, vocational components (theory) subjects under General stream, Computer Science, Electronics, Office Management, Electrical Domestic Appliances, Electrical Motor -Rewinding, General Machinist, Radio and Television Maintenance and Repairs, Banking, General Insurance; Afternoon: Geography.

03.07.2006 (Monday) Forenoon: Part III: Chemistry, Fine Arts, Logic; Afternoon: Psychology, Vocational subject - Office Secretaryship Practical-II, Shorthand, English and Tamil.

04.07.2006 (Tuesday) Part III - Forenoon: Advanced Languages, Foundation Science. Afternoon: Part III - Home Science, General and Vocational subjects: 1. Typewriting (English and Tamil) 2. Office Secretaryship: Practical -I Typewriting (English and Tamil) 3. Business Machines and Computer Programming Practical -I Typewriting English. 05.07.2006 (Wednesday) Forenoon: Part III: Mathematics, Zoology. Afternoon: Part III: Political Science, Bio-Chemistry.

06.07.2006 (Thursday) Forenoon: Part III: Economics; Afternoon: Part III - Communicative English, Indian Culture. 7.7.2006 (Friday) Forenoon: Part III: Biology, Botany, Business Maths, Environmental Studies; Afternoon: Part III - Commerce; 8.7.2006 (Saturday) Forenoon: Part III - Accountancy, Micro- Biology, Siddha. Duration is 3 hours: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. for forenoon sessions and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. for afternoon sessions except typewriting and shorthand, which will be two-and-a-half hours from 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
